An image in which complementary colours (opposite on the colour wheel) are used in an artistic or creative way.  The colour contrast must be a major element of the image. It can include blended images, double exposures and contrived features, but everything used must be photographic in origin.  Colour manipulations/changes and graphic design elements, applied in post-production, are not permitted.
