Upcoming Events:
Select one of your best images taken in the previous two years,
for a monochrome exhibition. The subject is essentially “open”.
Your image will need interest, so consider an unusual camera
angle and dramatic lighting. Carefully choose the paper and
matting so that the image is displayed to best advantage.
Subject and open – Print and projected.
Capture an image in the period just before sunrise or just after sunset when sunlight through the atmosphere allows a lot of diffuse blue tones. Ask yourself what blue does for you psychologically and use this to create an image and a title that expresses your feelings about this particular image.
